Cars, flashy mobiles, air travel, recognition by friends and family; all are made possible only with a good paying job. In fact, these are the basic motivating factors which push us all through our student life, right up to the time we get our first appointment letter. Our life instantly changes from the monotonous student life to the fun and happening life of a job.

 

The downside of a job, however, is that irrespective of the fact whether you are in the high earning bracket or the bare minimum, you are first and last an employee, a worker.  You have always to follow the rules and regulations of the organisation you work for, whether you like it or not. And there is always the sword of dismissal hanging on your head. Your dreamy world ends as soon as you are fired from your job! The recent recession is ample proof of that.
